Recycle, Reuse, Save £££'s
The return to School is exciting and daunting in equal measure as parents face the financial challenges of buying new school uniform, we were delighted therefore to invite the guys from the Preloved School Uniforms Initiative to use our community stall outside the office on Saturday. They were busy all day, here is how they got on.
What a clever idea from local Councillor Vilma Wilson and her team to operate a Pre-Loved School Uniform Initiative to recycle barely worn school wear that could otherwise end up in landfill. On Saturday they operated the stall outside the office and distributed 150 items to local families. Well done to you both.
