Darren Dukes

Director

Darren has been in Estate agency since 1984 working at Amos for long periods of his career. Buying into the business in 1996 he has successfully helped build Amos Estates into one of the leading estate agents in South Essex.

Darren is community spirited supporting local Schools and voluntary organisations including Westwood Academy, Deanes and Benfleet Rotary Club. He is still suffering at the hands of his beloved Spurs working off the frustration at his local gym. Darren has a very strong family commitment to wife Hermoyone and daughter Beatrice.

Colin MacLean

Director

Colin has been with Amos Estates since 1986 and is based at our busy Hockley Spa Road branch controlling residential sales and our specialist commercial and business transfer department.

Away from the business Colin is a Councillor  at Castle Point Borough Council, Chairman of Thundersley Town Team, Director at a local Academy Trust and President of the Rotary Club. Saturdays are spent watching the Arsenal from his seat at the Emirates.

Associate Director

Thomas heads up our successful lettings and property management department based at our Hadleigh branch. Thomas controls a talented team providing first class customer service to our Landlord clients. He has nearly 10 years experience in the industry, a degree in Business Management, is a qualified ARLA and NAEA member.

He is an active Director on the board of Hadleigh Oaks Management Company which controls the popular Wilkinson Drop development and a committee member of the successful Hadleigh Community Group aiming to raise funds and improve the town! Away from business you will find him socialising, watching football, rugby or playing badminton.

Accounts & Administration

Catherine controls our accounts department including processing rents and credit control. She has dedicated her career to Amos Estates working for the firm since leaving School in 2000.

Catherine is another of our community minded team and she led our ‘Wickford in the Pink’ fundraiser for Bosom Pals. Her passion is making crochet creations.

Rob Moir

Rob Moir

Office Manager

Rob is based at our Hadleigh Office and is responsible for negotiating sales, client contact and producing our award winning sales brochures. Rob started his Amos Estates career in 2009 and has quickly demonstrated a great reputation for excellent customer service and clever marketing.

In his younger days Rob supported numerous charitable organisations including charity runs and fundraisers. Away from work you will find Rob on a golf course, at West Ham United or spending time socialising.

Maria is our newest member and has had over eight years experience in the lettings industry winning countless awards. Based at our flagship Hadleigh office she is always on hand to help you with all your lettings needs and is often recommended because of her helpful nature. She will be your first port of call in looking for your new property to rent.

Away from the office you will find her walking her gorgeous dogs around Hadleigh. Adventurous Maria is a lady of many talents being an avid mountaineer and has climbed Snowdon 4 times!

Sales Negotiator

Jess has been with the firm since April 2016 and is based at our busy Hockley office. Primarily dealing with residential sales she is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor providing EPC’s for clients.

A quick learner who has already achieved ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Property: Sale of Residential Property and City & Guilds Qualifications in ICT & Customer Service, Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Sale of Residential Property. Outside of work Jess is an active member of Rotary International raising funds for good causes.

Andrew Gilbey

Andrew joined Amos Estates in 2015 initially working from our Hockley office before transferring his talents to our flagship Hadleigh branch. His primary role within our business is residential listings and is an important cog in our sales team.

Andrew has helped the local Rotary Club on their Christmas Sleigh collection . He has a keen interest in the equestrian business after spending much of his former career transporting horses across the globe.

Suzanne is our sales progressor who works tirelessly to move the transaction from the agreed offer stage right the way through to moving day. She has over twenty years experience as a conveyancing assistant in numerous conveyancing firms so has a wealth of knowledge that she will use to get you moving as quick as possible.

Away from her desk its holidays, travelling, shopping and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.

Callum Blackman

Callum is one of the newest additions to our sales team based at our busy Hockley Village office serving the neighbourhood where he lives. His friendly nature and eye for detail has quickly made him a popular contact for sellers and buyers alike. Our firm has a commitment to recruit and train the brightest young talent within the industry and Callum fits that mould.

Away from the office you will find Callum watching his favourite team, West Ham, playing sports or chilling at home watching Netflix.

Tommy Butler

Entering the property business during the current housing market boom has been somewhat of a baptism of fire for Tommy but he has quickly progressed and is now a vital cog in the machine of our busy Hadleigh branch. His role within the office includes administering the residential sales systems and dealing face to face with clients visiting the branch, he is a confident communicator who is particularly self motivated.

Outside the office Tommy is a keen, if not slightly delusional West ham United season ticket holder, attends the gym and enjoys socialising with friends at the weekend.

What a time for us to hire this media genius. Brad is helping with all our social media/videos and wonderful drone photography. He has quickly settled in to our busy office and you can often hear his happy tones when you call up the office and nothing is ever to much for him. He has has an extended diploma in business and an important member of our team.

Outside of the office Brad is a keen international 1/10 scale touring car racer (unfortunately he doesn’t like football but we will change that in time), he enjoys socialising and meeting new friends.

Barry Clark

Barry has worked in property since leaving university in 2002 and in financial services for the last 10 years. He has a relaxed demeanour and feedback from clients say that he makes the mortgage and buying process easy and understandable.

Outside of work, it’s all about Family, with three children he doesn’t get much spare time but when he does he likes to play with anything with an engine and has an interest in classic cars and motor racing.
