Impressive Jill
I was happy with the company but really impressed with the service I received from Jill. I rang and emailed my solicitor several times and he never got back to me but Jill rang regularly to update me of the chain and how it was progressing. If it hadn’t have been for her I would not even have known when completion was happening and, therefore, would not have made any arrangements.
Good Job!
Chloe was particularly helpful. Little Communication overall but persistent with viewings and patient too, not a bad thing nearing exchange, left the chain to it 👍🏻
First class service
Our Sales Progressor, Gill (based out Hadleigh office) has been absolutely first class - always kept us updated with the progress and has helped enormously with queries that we have had. Thanks Gill - you're a superstar!!

Bad communication!
I was not told that the Rayleigh branch had shut down, therefore I was told to go to the Hockley branch and the keys weren't there. Then I was told to go back to Rayleigh and wait in Diggins & Co. The lady who served me in Diggins & Co was very helpful. If I was told before that the shop had moved to Hockley it would have been helpful. It was already stressful moving.

Mrs Cordell I am confused by the reply. You have confirmed that you were happy with the service throughout the transaction. Our staff assisted your purchase of our clients property by arranging surveys and gas safety inspections to help you and your family. It is unfair that the basis of your decision to not give us a high rating is that your Solicitor incorrectly told you to collect keys before funds have been received by the sellers Solicitors and that the seller had contacted you in the week prior to the move using a telephone number that you yourself had passed onto them. We hope you are happy in your new home.

Great service, friendly and accommodating
Although I didn't actually use Amos myself, they were used by my seller, I found then to be extremely helpful throughout the post sale process. Jill was amazing, always keeping me up to date with the goings on.... In the absence of my agent, purple bricks. Thanks again Amos!
